  As a loyal MB fan, I am disappointed with the service and scant servings. Every time I order something with ice cream, the ice cream scoop is small and mostly melted. Definitely not as generous as it's Parramatta, Wollongong or Shellharbour counterparts. Although I'm a long time fan of Max, I will not be eating at this particular location again. The staff are generally friendly although unwilling to clear tables unless asked. To the point where they will deliver food to your table being fully aware of the used plates from previous customers and will walk away unless asked to remove them. This displays no initiative and a lack of customer service.

  Our first taste of the Max Brenner chocolate experience was sheer indulgence, albeit pricey. Our Chocolate Bomb Souffle with ice cream was extremely rich and delicious with warm flowing chocolate in the centre. Sadly for me, I went overboard and ordered a cappuccino to wash it down, only to find more chocolate, in this instance, little chocolate drops balanced on the rim of the cup, delicately sliding into the coffee with the heat of the cup. Overall, we enjoyed our indulgences and the surrounding booths , tables and chairs were spacious and comfortable, adding a chocolatey look to the decor with their dark colours. We would have stayed longer but were forced out by an evacuation of part of the Narellan Town Centre, along with a hundred or so shoppers, apparently due to a minor fire at one of the nearby restaurants. Funnily enough, staff didn't rush to get everyone out, as they said evacuation warnings were a regular occurrence since the new building opened a few months ago. As a result, we all stayed put , with sirens blaring, until staff were apparently told to clear the restaurant due to a fire nearby, which was then validated by the arrival of an Emergency Fire Rescue truck and crew, in full hazmat gear. My only real criticism would be with Centre Management for allowing so many false alarms, to the point where, in this case, everyone may well have been too complacent in evacuating when there was a real fire and/or possible emergency.

  Dirtiest Max Brenner I have been to. Tables are never clean even when it is not busy. Stingy on chocolate, crunchy waffle balls etc.
